In this year competition, over 60 local and overseas participants have joined VCCE 2021 Bootcamp. The 12 Finalist Teams presented their pitch on Sunday 28 December 2021.

Mentor Training I MAKE a DASH Networking and Exchange Event

Dr Samson TAM, Partner of INNO Innovation Angel Fund and Mr. Peter KOO, partner and APAC Leader of IT & Specialised Assurance of Deloitte to share the characteristics to attract VC and competitiveness of HK Start-ups in Global market and GBA. Also, we have invited MAKE a DASH Teams to have the booth demonstration and their mentors to give advices. The presentations and advices help Hong Kong start-ups to recognise their positioning and refine their objectives in the market.

MAKE a DASH Demo Day and Press Conference

The MAKE a DASH closing ceremony was held at CUHK InnoPort. 13 teams have successfully completed their journey in MAKE a DASH, while 5 teams have received the Outstanding Performance Award. MAKE a DASH mentors celebrated this moment together and given advice to teams’ final demonstration. Congratulations and thanks to all!

Mr. Andy YIP, Super Connecter from GungHo Space, Mr. Alex LEE, Project Consultant of GungHo Space, and Mr. Jonathan LEE, Co-founder of KeyPoints Exchange shares must-know hacks of starting a business in GBA, such as business benefits, office renting, sponsorships and resources and human resources advice, to let the teams better prepare before stepping into GBA.
