Mr. Lam is the founder and CEO of Ignite Vision, a marketing technology company which operates a number of marketing platforms serving the Greater China and South East Asia regions. Having worked as the Vice President of YesAsia, the largest global online retailer of Asian entertainment and beauty products, and been responsible for its P&L, his focus is helping business grow their business online and through other technological means. Mr. Lam is a believer of win-win partnership. The various ventures I started under the umbrella of Ignite Vision since 2007 involve building up ecosystems that benefit all the stakeholders. China has been an important market since the very beginning and Ignite Vision became a truly GBA company in 2010 when Mr. Lam started to build our Guangzhou team. He values his engineering education at the Chinese University of Hong Kong. His first job was with MTR as an engineering trainee. Such education and experience have helped Mr. Lam keep abreast of new waves of technology advancement.
