Dr. Lee is Chief Executive Officer & President at Bubble Mon Licensing (International) Company Limited, and Chairman of Licensing & Franchising Association of Hong Kong. He is acknowledged as an Intellectual Property Right Management expert for almost 20 years, specialising in IP management, character licensing, brand licensing, art licensing, and network franchising business in China. Frequently invited as public speaker at industry conferences, Dr. Lee has insights on the areas of intellectual property right, licensing & franchising, creative industry, and digital content economy.
Dr. Lee has numerous years of broad work experience with reputable financial institutions, such as Baring Asset Management, Standard Chartered Bank, covering technical marketing, segment management and general operations. Regarding large-scale domestic market and technology management, Dr. Lee has overseen more than 300 animators and co-worked with colleagues to manage an advanced digital home entertainment competence center with over 100 engineers in the Greater China. On the IT development base, Dr. Lee delivered three e-products per plan and below budget, including online and offline processing of a huge database with over 45 million official shipment records.
Dr. Lee has presented lots of technical and business talks covering from holograms, advance systems and security by RFID as well as IP licensing and patent franchising in universities and public seminars. He had co-published various technical papers overseas and got worldwide patents in innovative system architect.
