Prof. Tong is the Co-Founder and Co-Chairman of Hong Kong Blockchain Association (HKBA), and President of GlobalSTOx, a leading provider of Blockchain Technology, Securities Token and, Virtual Assets Trading Platform. Prof. Tong graduated from the University of Minnesota in Engineering and served as an Adjunct Professor at UMN on internet technology. Previously, Prof. Tong worked as a consultant at Andersen Consulting (now Accenture) Minneapolis, USA office, as a member of the fintech and banking workflow automation services team for US Bank and Target Corporation. Prof. Tong is a frequent speaker at the leading Internet, FinTech and Blockchain conferences, including the APEC Finance & Technology Summit, and served in the Global Gaming Expo G2E Asia Advisory Board.
