Mr. To is the Co-Founder of a social enterprise called Yum Cha Together, and also the Asia Pacific Marketing Director of a global leading sustainability consultancy. He serves various positions in social sector, a judge and mentor for various Business Venture Plan Competition and Hong Kong Social Enterprise Challenge organized by the Chinese University of Hong Kong, and an advisor for an Asia social impact investment fund, SA Capita,l and of a small charitable organization. Since 2008, he has been serving as a social angel at Hong Kong Council of Social Service-Social Enterprises Business Center, and pre-screening panel of the Social Innovation and Entrepreneurship Development Fund (SIE Fund).
