Mr. Chan had passion in Food & Beverage 15 years ago as an undergraduate student of Hotel & Catering Management. This journey has led him to enjoy and deliver the best taste of food and beverage all over the world. Mr. Chan has contributed to food and beverage industry for over 15 years, from Chain Store Strategies to Manufacturing Operation Excellence. Now, with the support from HKUST, CUHK, HKSTP, Mr. Chan is working with two food technology start-ups, aiming to improve the food and beverage ecosystem with the unique technologies and experience.
