Introduction

The Professor Charles K. Kao Student Creativity Awards (PCKKSCA) is co-organised biennially by the Knowledge Transfer Office (KTO) and the Center for Entrepreneurship (CfE) since 2004. PCKKSCA is supported by the Charles K. Kao Scholarship Endowment Fund which established in 2009 to pay tribute to Professor Kao. It aims to promote a culture of innovation, and encourage cross-disciplinary collaboration among undergraduate and postgraduate students to innovate in technologies related to engineering, medicine, science and social science, and fostering entrepreneurship amongst students.
