Ms. Ann is the Founder and CEO of Kaizor Innovation. She is a veteran of the early dot-com era and worked for companies such as Razorfish, Philips Design, Henry Dreyfuss in New York and Silicon Valley and have designed the User Experiences of some of the very early Internet/technology businesses such as, Intuit's Quicken, Philips Networked Home etc. Kaizor clients includes: HP, P&G, BMW DesignWorksUSA, Siemens, Motorola,
Herman Miller, Hyatt, Airbnb, CNN, OSIM, Changhong, HK Post Office, Wisers, GoAnimate etc. Elaine graduated from Carnegie Mellon University with a BFA in Visual Communication Design and Masters in Interaction Design. She is an EMBA alumni of the Cheung Kong Business School (Beijing) and also a Stanford Executive Education Design Thinking Bootcamp alumni. She is also the Honorary Project Director of CUHK Center for Entrepreneurship and Convenor of the Design Innovation Committee of Invotech. Elaine is active in the design community and organises events with the IxDAHK (Interaction Designers Association of HK) and was the Vice Chairman of the Hong Kong Designers Association between 2012-2014. She is also the design curriculum advisor for both the Hong Kong Polytechnic University School of Design and the Hong Kong Design Institute and have also been teaching as Visiting Professor at various design and business schools in Hong Kong and Mainland China since 2002. Elaine has also been invited to judge the IF Design Award, ADC Awards and Core77 Awards. She is the brainchild behind the WOW-X User Experience Bootcamp ( coaching Startups on finding product-market fit understanding end users as well as bridging to UX Designers and Angel Investors.
